Elias Trucking Company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative & HR Assistant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong interest in administration and human resources, eager to gain professional experience and grow within the logistics and transportation industry.


Key Responsibilities:


Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and staff


Assist in managing employee records, contracts, and confidential HR files


Support the recruitment process (posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, assisting with onboarding)


Help coordinate staff training, performance reviews, and welfare initiatives


Maintain and update company databases, files, and HR systems


Assist with payroll processing including timesheet tracking, leave management, and preparing payroll reports


Draft correspondence, memos, and reports as needed


Manage office supplies, filing, and general front-desk support


Support compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety standards


Perform other related duties as assigned


Requirements:


Degree  in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field


At least 1 - 2 years of experience (internship or entry-level role) in administration or HR is an advantage.


Strong organizational and time-management skills


Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)


Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion


Eager to learn and grow within the company & a team player
